Lapis lazuli

How to use:
Roll the blend between your brow and around your temples to find your flow.
5 minute meditation
roll a little oil on your third eye (between your brows) and across your palms. Settle into a comfortable seat and cup your hands around your nose. Focusing on your rhythm of your breath, inhaling through your nose, exhaling through your mouth. Repeat the mantra “I illuminate my pathway with purpose and vision. I trust my intuition”.
